Custom Mirrors in Southern Maine
A mirror that's cut to the wall looks better than a store-bought frame, and it can make a small room feel bigger and brighter. Beach Glass & Window Company measures, cuts, edges and hangs custom mirrors for homes and businesses across York and Cumberland counties, from Gray to York. Our workshop is at 371 Clarks Mills Road in Dayton, and you'll work directly with Chris or David from the first measurement to the install.

Bathroom and vanity mirrors
- Cut to the wall. One wide piece or two panels over a double vanity, sized to the space between the backsplash, lights and ceiling.
- Awkward walls. Sloped ceilings, tight alcoves and walls with outlets or switches. We can make cut-outs for outlets and switches.
- Edge work. Beveled, polished or ground edges.
- Replacement mirrors. If an old mirror is chipped, foggy at the edges or just dated, we can measure and replace it.
Gym, studio and home-gym mirror walls
Full-wall mirrors for home gyms, dance and fitness studios, and workout rooms. Big mirror walls need careful measuring and installing, and the panels have to line up. We plan the panel layout and seams with you before anything is ordered, and we can work around outlets and trim. We do both residential and commercial mirror walls.
Painted glass and other flat glass
Mirrors aren't the only flat glass we cut. We also offer:
- Painted glass, which is clear glass painted on the back, for kitchen and bathroom backsplashes and accent walls.
- Annealed, tempered and laminated glass, plus acrylic (plexiglass) and polycarbonate (Lexan).
How it works
- Measure. We come to you, measure the wall and talk through size, shape, edges and cut-outs.
- Estimate. You get a free, itemized estimate before anything is cut.
- Fabrication. Your mirror is cut and edged to your measurements. Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks.
- Installation. We mount the mirror to the wall with mastic adhesive and clean up before we leave.
Doing a full bathroom? We also design and install frameless glass shower enclosures. A matching mirror and shower door from the same shop means one measurement, one schedule and hardware finishes that match.
Mirrors in your town
We hang custom mirrors everywhere we install showers, including Saco, Biddeford, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunk, Scarborough, Portland, South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth, Yarmouth and Wells, Ogunquit & York.

Can you cut holes for outlets and light switches? Yes. We can make cut-outs so the mirror fits around outlets and switches.
Do you install mirror walls for gyms and fitness studios? Yes. We do full-wall mirrors for home gyms and for commercial studios, and we plan the panel layout and seams with you first.
How long does a custom mirror take? Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks from measure to install.
How much does a custom mirror cost? It depends on the size, edge work and cut-outs, so every mirror is quoted. Estimates are free and itemized.
