Our Story -

Founded in 1986, Beach Glass & Window Company has been a trusted name in southern Maine for reliable glass and window services. In 2009, after years learning carpentry and the building trades, owner Chris Vigue purchased the business from its retiring owner. Originally focused on glass repairs in Old Orchard Beach, we operated from our OOB workshop until 2016. In 2017, we built a brand-new shop in Dayton (just west of Saco) and sharpened our niche: frameless glass shower enclosures. Today, showers are our primary passion, while we continue offering our full range of traditional services. This move allows us to better serve customers across Cumberland and York counties—from Gray to York—with mobile services for added convenience.

We keep it small (with seasonal help during busy times) for personal accountability on every job, big or small—from window installations at South Portland High School to a simple bathroom mirror or basement window repair.
