Frameless Glass Shower Doors in Standish, Windham & the Sebago Lakes Region, ME

From Sebago Lake and Little Sebago to Naples, Standish, Steep Falls and Windham, we've installed frameless glass showers in lake houses, new primary baths and some very tight bathrooms. Our Sebago Lakes jobs include crystal-clear low-iron glass, frameless sliders, a pair of frameless doors for a tight space and showers built for local builders and designers. Beach Glass & Window Company designs and installs custom frameless glass shower enclosures, sliders and steam shower enclosures. Our workshop is on Clarks Mills Road in Dayton. When you call, you'll talk with Chris or David, the same people who measure your bathroom, draw your enclosure and install it.

Frameless Shower Services for the Sebago Lakes Region

  • Frameless shower doors and enclosures. Custom-sized doors, inline panels, corner and neo-angle enclosures, knee-wall and half-wall setups, curbless and walk-in showers, designed and installed by us.
  • Steam shower enclosures. Custom frameless steam shower enclosures, run up to the ceiling and built to the opening.
  • Sliding glass shower and tub doors. Heavy-glass bypass sliders, CRL Cambridge and Serenity-style sliders, and barn-door-style sliders for tubs, walk-in showers, and bathrooms where a swinging door won't fit.
  • ShowerGuard coated glass. Available on request, including low-iron glass for a clearer, less green edge.
  • Hardware finishes. Hardware from C.R. Laurence (CRL) and FHC in every finish they offer, including polished chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, satin brass, and brushed bronze, for hinges, handles, clips, and sliders.
  • Custom mirrors. Bathroom and gym mirrors cut to size, with cut-outs or bevel edges.
  • Insulated glass and window glass. Replacement of foggy or broken dual-pane (insulated) units, all sizes and shapes.
  • Flat and painted glass. Painted-glass backsplashes and accent walls; annealed, tempered, and laminated glass; acrylic.

We don't do full bathroom remodels. We work closely with local builders, designers, remodelers and tile setters, and we measure once the tile is finished.

Built for Sebago Lakes bathrooms

  • Lake houses and camps. We've built showers for lake homes on Sebago Lake and Little Sebago, and for builders in Naples and Standish.
  • Crystal-clear glass. Low-iron (Starphire) glass shows off the tile without the green edge of standard glass. We've installed several low-iron enclosures in Naples.
  • Tight spaces. When a single door won't work, we'll find another way, like a pair of frameless doors that open from the middle.
  • Sliders. Heavy-glass sliders like the CRL Cambridge roll on a top rail, with no door to swing into the room.

Our Process

  1. Consultation and walkthrough. Chris or David visits your home or camp to measure and talk through layout, glass, and hardware options. We bring physical hardware and glass samples.
  2. Design, drawing, and estimate. You approve dimensions, door swing, glass spec, and finish before anything is ordered.
  3. Fabrication. Glass is fabricated locally. Typical turnaround is 3–6 weeks from measure to install.
  4. Installation. We come back and install on your schedule, then clean up before we leave.

Sebago Lakes Frameless Shower FAQ

How much does a frameless shower door cost in the Sebago Lakes region? Pricing depends on size, layout, glass, and hardware. Frameless enclosures start at $1,000–1,500 and go up from there. Every estimate is free and itemized.

How long does it take? Typical turnaround is 3–6 weeks from measure to install, because every piece of glass is made to your measurements.

What's the difference with low-iron glass? Standard glass has a slight green tint, most visible on the edges. Low-iron glass is clearer, with a less green edge. We can pair it with ShowerGuard coated glass.

My bathroom is tight. What are my options? A slider doesn't need swing room, and a pair of frameless doors that open from the middle needs much less than a single wide door. We'll show you what fits at the walkthrough.

Do you install at lake houses and seasonal camps? Yes. We've built showers for lake homes on Sebago Lake and Little Sebago and in Naples. We can schedule around when you're at the camp.

Can you work with my builder or designer? Yes. In the Sebago Lakes region we've worked alongside builders, designers and tile setters, and we measure once the tile is finished.

Do you serve Naples, Raymond and Casco? Yes. Our workshop is at 371 Clarks Mills Road in Dayton, and we serve homeowners in Standish, Windham, Naples, Sebago, Raymond and Casco.
